Abeer's brother supported their family, but after losing his job, their family has no source of income. Abeer (30) is living with her father Kamal (63), mother Samia (63), her brother Ahmed (35) and his wife Navi (33) and their 5 children in one dilapidated tent which is too small for their family. They have been displaced many times and are in need of food and medicine.

Mohammed and his pregnant wife, Duha, have 4 children, Ramadan (13), Rital (11), Ismail (9) and Kinan (2). Mohammed supports his mother and father who suffer from chronic diseases that require lifelong treatment for high blood pressure, diabetes, and heart disease. Mohammed and his children were recently injured in a bombing near the place where they are located.
